Makeover Complete: Ms. Sara, PhD.
We are thrilled with Sara's makeover and thankfully, she is too! After a Shopping Exercise to a major department store for those items that were lacking in her wardrobe, we consulted with Gilbert at Honeycomb Salon. The goal was to soften her look by creating a deep side-part with longer layers throughout. The makeup application was simple - we chose rose tones to brighten her face, with a touch of shimmer on the inner corners of her eyes. We completed this look with a touch of gloss on her lips.
Sara tells us that the greatest benefit of her new look is that it easily translates from day to night. "I can go straight from work to a dinner out with my family without having to wear heavy makeup. It's a fun and updated look but still professional, and that's important to me." The investment that Sara made in herself has clearly paid off and will continue to serve her well as she now understands how to dress for her body type and skin tone, as well as how to maintain a beautifully bright face.
